Help!!!

Have anyone out there designing PCB using the IPC-D-275 process control
test coupons? I am having a hard time trying to understand the spec.

Any samples, guideline or clarification will be helpful. Our typical
PWBs are 8 to 24 layers with 2 to 8 layers being plane layer, mixed
technology with very fine pitch devices, no blind and buried via.
