TechNetters,

I have a clarification question?

In IPC-SM-785, there is a variable td (half cycle dwell time) used in the
fatigue ductility exponent. Is this the time it takes to go from Tsj to
the hot (or cold) end and then return to Tsj? In other words, if I
considered the temperature cycle to be a sine wave, is it the time of ?
cycle?

All comments welcome.
