how can you possibly say that a minimum of .0003 is required   solder 
works fine at .00007 thk and any coatings that are over .0003 thk tends 
to dewett ref mil-p-81728a  tin /lead plating spec    i have been ivolved 
in plating and tinning for a long time and your information is ludicrous!
