Genny,

It has been my experience that QFPs are rather sturdy critters compared to
BGAs.  As long as the ramp rate and max temperature are not high, they can
be reflowed multiple times (4 to 7) and still remain functional in the
long-term (used in Class II equipment).

Memory devices (and sometimes certain lots of components) are more sensitive
and do not survive as many reflow cycles.
