Hello all:
I have a PCB that I would like to try out Entek Plus on. Problem is, the
board has tin fingers on an edge (The board gets plugged into a SIMM socket
in use).
Obviously I will need to coat those fingers somehow. (Two sided reflow
process, no wave soldering).
Has anyone tried screen printing solder paste onto the edge fingers. Did
you have to use a step-down stencil to control the volume? I assume that I
am going to end up with solder bumps in the center of each of the fingers.
