I'm looking for some quality/reliabiliy information on resistors:

1.  What is the quality/reliability difference for thin and thick film??

2.  What is the quality/reliability differences between different tolerences 
over a life span??

3. What is the quality/reliabiliy difference between the 0603, 0805, and 
1206 packages??

4.  Quality/reliability differeces of SMT metal film,  1/8W metal film, and 
1/4/W metal film??

5.  Quality/reliability differences between SMT and through-hole power 
resistors??
