Plastic encapsulted microcircuits are not so resistant against humidity caused corrosion
like hermetically encapsulated metal or ceramic packages.

We want to start an evaluation programm of organic or anorganic conformal coating materials, which are most
suitable to protect plastic encapsulted components and modules against humidity over a long time of several years ?

Who has proposals of organic or anorganic conformal coating materials, which should be tested ?
