Has your wave profile changed? We have an assembly that we have to run
very slowly over the wave to get sufficient hole fill. We haven't found an
LPI mask yet that doesn't show some flaking after wave solder, unless it's
double coated. We have resorted to SR1000, which has other problems
(skipping, bleed, etc.). The LPI masks all pass tape test prior to wave
solder and don't exhibit any flaking on other assemblies.
