The replacements for the IPC-D-275 are as folows;

IPC-2221 Generic Standard on Printed Board Design
IPC-2222 Sectional Design Standard for Rigid Organic Printed Boards

Both of these standards are currently in committee, with a scheduled final
release sometime in 1997. 

The committee will be meeting next on January 13 -15th, at the Fiesta Inn,
 in Tempe, Az.
