Hi,
I have a requirement on a design to make a conductor trackwork to take
50Amps AC/DC continuous at 50Hz.
Two questions:
1. What would the cross sectional area have to be to allow this, (and
work!) based on 1 oz plated trackwork, and 2 oz plated trackwork?
2. What heat rise would I expect to see on the PCB? Is there a table, or
correlation between heat rise and amperage that I can get a hold of?
Best regards,
Colin William
