All,

I'm confused with the reining ESD specifications.  The system I am
currently in states that DOD-STD-1683 is a revision B and no revision to
the DOD-HNBK-263 is at a no Rev.

Could anyone tell me where I can verify the latest revision to these
specification or provide me with the answer.
