The cloudy, hazy conformal coating you are getting when you spray on hot humid days has a defect called gun blush. It's due to moisture condensing on the wet coating.
   
  One way to cure this is to use a slower evaporating thinner.
   
  Another is to lower the inhouse dew point (temperature at which the moisture starts to condense) by using a dehumidifier.
   
  Sometimes the haze disappears when boards showing this defect are baked.
