Ed,
We tried water jetting and it didn't work for us. I seem to recall a recent
TechNet e-mail by someone who said it did work for them. I have attached our
paper for you. I have MS Word 2003 and it opens in Mark-up mode for some
reason. You can go to View and then turn it off or whatever the "modern"
equivalent is.
