SUBJECT: Sensing device for double loading.

I am looking for details about a device that can be fitted to
conveyorised equipment to detect if double loading of product has
occured. We have an occasional issue when transporting innerlayer
product through a conveyorised cleaning process fed by a pick and
place loader. The loader sometimes picks up two panels or deposits
one on top of another which results in chemical carryover through
    the line.

I hope that someone can help.
