          You may have a camera problem. The lens may be dirty, the greyscale 
          may not be set properly, or it's out of calibration. Check your 
          owner's manual/troubleshooting guide, or call the equipment 
          manufacturer.

Subject: ASSY: Polishing Fiducials

I have found that if we use an eraser on a pencil to "polish" the fiducials 
on the board, I get better placement accuracy.  
          
Have any of you found this to be the case?  What do you use for a tool?
