why do you bake them? Repeated bakes affect solderability.
PCBs from a "good" supplier, stored in a temperature/humidity
controlled plant, and used promptly do not require baking.
Cheap PCBs stored in an unairconditioned warehouse at high
temperature/humidity may require baking. If you do this, what is the
actual cost savings????

hello
is there any criterion for baking of HASL PCBs . actually as per
customers guidelines we have to bake the HASL pcbs prior to their use
in assembly line. kindly suggest any standard or general practice
i.e. the temperature & the duration for which the pcbs should be
baked.
if baked pcbs are to be used after a gap of a day or a week, should
they be baked again? or they can be stored in controlled envoirnment
kindly comment
