Hi TechNet Gurus!

Does anyone know of any inspection standards, documents, guidelines (IPC,
military, or whatever) out there related to Ceramic devices that are plated
with gold? These have 100 micro inches of Nickel/Cobalt and then 150 micro
inches of gold. The type of criteria I am looking for is mostly related to
plating issues such as stains, blisters, peeling, voids, etc. How much?
How large? Where located?

Thank you,
Helena Pasquito
