Hello All:

Anybody out there have a rule-of-thumb or a formula used to determine how many
wave solder fixtures to purchase?

I'd like to keep the line going by having: 1 fixture being loaded with a pcb, 2
or 3 fixtures in the machine, 1 fixture being unloaded, and 2 or 3 in the
cleaner (I like to clean - OA flux - after every pass).

Using the above sample, 6 to 8 wave solder fixtures would be required.

Thanks in advance,
