  REGARDING Electrostatic dissipative footwear

Could anybody explain the pro's and con's of using conductive or dissipative
footwear to protect against ESD, as opposed to heel grounders?

What is the general concensus on the best method of ESD footwear - Conductive
shoes or Heel grounders, which is most effective and reliable?

Regards
John O'Sullivan
