As we most of us are aware, Shipley, a premier supplier of process chemicals for electronics was purchased by Rohm and Haas some few years ago.
It has been said that the customer service attitude of Rohm and Haas was the antithesis of the previous legendary Shipley.

Dow Chemical has now purchased Rohm and Haas....
