We're interested in running some tests to evaluate microvia
quality/reliability . I'm aware of the coupon/specimen configurations in
IPC-2221, specimen D for instance. Is anyone is aware of standard microvia
coupon designs or has any experience they're willing to share in designing a
continuity type coupon for microvias.
