The 62Sn,36Pb,2Ag is considered eutectic in the industry, although the true
eutectic mixture is 62.5%Sn, 36.1%Pb, 1.4%Ag at 179C(354F).
I would think your wavesolder setup is robust enough to overcome the 
melting range, but if you are still concerned you might ask your paste
manufacturer for a true eutectic mix.  
Most paste manufacturers generally use the 2% silver, but the rep from
Heraeus mentioned they mix the 62.5/36.1/1.4 true eutectic.
