How about this?

1. Weigh the panel (scale to 0.1 grams)

2. Place the panel in an oven at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes

3. Remove panel and let cool to room temperature

4. Reweigh the panel, subtract from the original weight and then divide by
the original weight to determine the percentage weight loss which would most
likely be moisture.

Thats the way I would do it.
