Rich,
Not sure if Dr Turbini is still following TechNet or not. If she doesn't reply in a day or two, I will contact her for you. Bev

Subject: [TN] Dr. Frank Zado/ Bellcore Labs paper

Back in the 80 or 90's. Dr. Frank Zado of Bell Labs published a paper where he discussed in some great detail the used of Polyols in fluxes and their effect on the degradation of SIR. I think is was first published in an internal Quarterly Bells Labs magazine.

I am looking for a copy.

Does anyone recall if this paper ever got published as an IPC technical report technical paper?

Thanks for the consideration
