Hello,

I have a question about the bow and twist of printed circuit boards.

I have had some boards with bow and twist. As a result of shearing the prepregs in the wrong direction.

Now I have double sided boards with the same problem ( bow and twist about 3% ). I have seen that the b&t is on all the boards that have V-cut/scoring on them. These boards are about 400mm long and have scoring in the length of the panel.

Can this bow and twist be a result of the scoring of the board?

If so what can i do to prevent is from happening.

Best regards,

Gerard
