Dear Bernard,

Some one on TechNet recently said to check the spray pattern of a fluxer by
attaching old style FAX paper to the bottom of a board and running it thru
the spray. If your flux is alcohol based, that will show you what the
pattern is. You can then adjust, clean, etc. until you have full coverage.

Hope this helps.

Charlie B.

provide you the info. you need about our Spray Fluxer.

We are using EFD 780S Spray Valve. Stationary headed spray fluxer

Our flux is Kester 933-3 no-clean, low solid ( 3%), rosin flux. The
pre-heat requirement is 80-100
