Dear Bernard,

Some one on TechNet recently said to check the spray pattern of a fluxer by
attaching old style FAX paper to the bottom of a board and running it thru
the spray. If your flux is alcohol based, that will show you what the
pattern is. You can then adjust, clean, etc. until you have full coverage.

Dear Charles,

Hi!  My name is Bernard P. Domingo, SMT Engineer from EAI
Philippines.  Actually, Jon is my Senior Engineer and he asked me to
provide you the info. you need about our Spray Fluxer.

We are using EFD 780S Spray Valve.  Stationary headed spray fluxer
with compressed dry air as its atomizing air.  We have 2 types of
nozzle.  Round and Fan type.

Our flux is Kester 933-3 no-clean, low solid ( 3%), rosin flux.  The
pre-heat requirement is 80-100
