Suppose you're plating in an acid copper bath and notice particles from
vacuum filtration in the lab.

You then arrive at the conclusion these are resin beads that have
fragmented out of the DI unit.

What are the ramifications?
Has anyone seen this?
Can they be filtered by bath recirculation?
What is the normal turnover (recirculation) time in an acid copper bath?

Thank you in advance,
Chemist
