Timothy,

   We have had problems similar to this in the past and have found bad
batches of brightner.(twice)  Since you are running three lines and all are
experiencing the problem I would expect that the brightner/leveler ratio is
off.  The bumps or nodules that we had were like little rounded hills and as
I recall were themselves bright on the tops of the hills.  Check the date
code on the product and see how old it is.( it seems that our problems came
from batches from summer months)  Make up a small virgin bath to run hull
cells with a new batch of brightner if this works do a full blown carbon
treat and replace with new brightner.  I don't want to take a shot at our
supplier, but if your curious contact me directly.
