The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) based in Geneva,
Switzerland has a test methods committee working on procedures for evaluating
base materials and printed boards. The test method for surface waviness is
currently being distributed for a consensus vote by the member countries.
The comments should be compiled by November 1995. If you would like a draft
copy please send me a note to my E-Mail address.
