To Whom It May Concern:

Regarding the information you are seeking with regard to identifying test
requirements and expectations, you will find that the IPC has spent a great
deal of time on this matter. Please reference IPC-RRB-276 paragraphs
3.12.2.1 and 3.12.2.2 for the basic test parameters. I have found that
this covers the majority of standard test requirements and customer
expectations.

There are, however, special test requirements such as in the instance of
omega technology, (buried resistive substrates). This type of product
usually requires testing parameters that exceed most standard test
equipment capabilities.
