Thanks for your responses to my posting about BGA's. I am sharing the info
received with my fellow employees and they are impressed.

Here is another request: Does anyone have info on ESD control for class 100
clean rooms. We are ok as long as the humidity stays up, but when it drops
so does the product yeild. We tried a few compromises, but contamination
levels are very critical to the product. Has any one seen any contamination
free booties with sole grounding capability?
