Hi everyone,
I am a hardware design engineer and we started looking at using some FPGA and 32bit processor that comes only in BGA package for a new design. We never worked with this type of package before and I was wondering if there is some equipment or technics to solder these parts for prototyping or is there some companies out there offering prototyping assembly service?

thanks,
