Depending on the component count, Mydata has a good machine for low volume
builds.  Consider the component count if the count is high (with RF it
probably will be) then you may consider a chip shooter (I am partial to Fuji).
The prices for Fuji on the used market is dropping and they are built like
tanks (run forever).

Some things to keep in mind about subcontractors (which I am one) is...
1) Flexibility (willing to process low volumes).
2) Reaction Time to ECO's.(New product with RF will have changes)
