Hi Ioan,
Could you use a label like they put on boards, they go through all the
processes and stay on really good? Brady and other companies make them.

Dear Technos,
I need to serialize about 200 BGAs (simply write on them sequential
numbers 1-200). The BGAs will be assembled, SnPb process with water
soluble flux, then washed in plain water in our in-line washer.
In case the customer will not accept us scratching the numbers onto the
top of the components, what kind of permanent ink can I use?
And would you see any issue with scratching the top of the components?
Thanks,
Ioan
