I understand their are specifications available on suggested component spacing
for board manufacturing.  However, I have come across many examples which do not
fall within these recommendations.  These exceptions also seem to be increasing
in quantity probably relating to the goal of increasing function capability
while decreasing board size.  I would appreciate information concerning what is
your accepted spacing on placement of adjacent PLCC components or what is the
minimum spacing you may have experienced?
