I have experience with Electrovert and Seho so I will only offer input on
these companies.

Electrovert offers a very good and reliable product, but tend to be a
little more expensive on the capital investment. My profiles always looked
fantastic with very low delta T. Service is very good and you can usually
get someone on the phone right away or within 15 minutes. They have also
shipped me flow meters and decibal meters for doing testing. They are very
helpful. As I say, they cost more, but you get what you pay for. Parts
availability is very good as they have everything in Texas.

Seho offers a very good product. We have a 10 zone Seho and I am zipping
boards through at 160 cm/min with a great profile and great solder results
and I may speed it up even more. Service is the only issue, however, they
are working very aggresively on this issue. In fact I understand they just
hired 2 more people. I have been able to get phone assistance when I call
in. The last time I needed a service call nobody was available in the the
US, so they flew a service guy from Germany in the next day to fix the
problem. This shows the commitment. Parts availability is fair, they
stock many parts in Virginia, but I am waiting on a part now that has to
come from Germany.

Good Luck,
Brad Kendall
