     0.035" apertures should present no problem at all to an LPI process
     which is even half in control.  What you describe sounds like bleed
     from a UV ink.

     Are you sure your vendor is providing you an LPISM?

     If you need UV soldermask, we can provide you with a no bleed UV also.
