Look in Chapter 8  pages 310-325 of Failure Modes and Mechanisms in Electronic Packages ( available at www.amazon.com or at www.wkap.nl). The material should help you write a statement for your company.

  Hello Once again.

   

  My company is in dire need of a good DFM statement. I just don't know enough about how to put one together. Any examples and or formats on how to do this task, or even where to go would be greatly appreciated.
