Hi!
150 mounted boards wait to be wave soldered.
50 siblings with the same date code already passed the process, but 15%
showed delamination.
The visual examination showed a lack of healthy black colour on the
inner
layer conductors, very different from the state of younger relatives from
the
same vendor.
Age: 4 months.
Number of layers:10
Prebake:none
Previous vendor history:good
What's the verdict for the survivers after soldering?
What should be done with the mounted boards?
Excuse please my nonscientific letter, and try to help!
Thank you,
Gaby
