We've been using an Agilent 5DX AXI system for a number of years. For a variety of reasons we are looking to replace our 5DX.
At this point we are considering Yestech X3, Yxlon Cheetah, Dage XD7500 and Phoenix x|aminer.
We inspect several hundred circuit card assemblies per week. A total of ~200 P/N's have been programmed run annually. CCA complexity varies dramatically, but our assemblies are not larger than ~12" x 16".
I'd like to get offline comments from any user of the above machines concerning ease of programming, repeatability, false call rate, machine maintainability, success with off-line programming, thruput, etc.
