Not quite sure what you are looking for, but you should be able to just go
out and buy bare die in waffle packs or on membrane for die attach and wire
bond testing.

Might be more productive to look for a generic jelly-bean part rather than
'scrap' die.  Depends on what size die you may be looking for.  Do you have
an idea?

Or, are you looking for daisy-chained die for contact resistance testing,
etc.?
