Not sure what type of coating this is.  However, any conformal coating
process needs to also consider how to remove the coating in event of repairs
or rework to replace parts or to incorporate future design changes.  Some
chemical coating strippers such as Humiseal 1063 which some folks use to
remove Type UR coating (e.g. Humiseal 1A33) are highly conductive and all
residue needs to be removed using an in-line cleaner using both a polar and
a non-polar solvent to ensure all traces of the stripper are removed.
