Earl made a choice not to return because he didn't like the conditions he had to meet. He wasn't bombed by the
admins. or anything.
On the topic of the original post, it was neither a question or a response to one. Seems to me the remaining option
would be advertisement, particularly with a phone number attached. I dont' mind having people suggest that someone
with a question contact them offline if they might have something to offer as a resolution, but this was unsolicited.

You have just commited one of the more serious offences that can be commited on this forum. That is blatantly advertising your company. There is absolutely no excuse for that.
Instead of attracting potential customers, you probably have secured people not to even consider your company.
