Hi Tom,

I must have missed your message last week.  We offer X-ray services for BGAs
as well as rework, materials and failure analysis  work.  Please contact me
offline for more details and prices.  As for BGA rework, we use a
Conceptronics system (not sure of the model).  For X-ray we use a XTEK
HMX160 for manufacturing support and failure analysis work.  This X-ray
system has given us great service in the three years I have been here.
