Important information regarding APEX 2002 Hotel Reservations:

The San Diego Convention & Visitor's Bureau Housing Services will be handling hotel reservations for APEX 2002.   Their assistance will help you save time and make finding a hotel for APEX a one-stop shopping experience.

To submit your housing request, please use any of the following means:

A complete list of hotels and prices is available at www.goapex.org along with the necessary forms for mailing or faxing.

Please make your hotel reservations before December 20, 2001. After Thursday, December 20, 2001, the hotels may no longer offer our special contracted rate to IPC guests for available rooms.  After December 28, 2001, reservations can be made through the hotels directly based on availability and based on the current available rates at each hotel property.
