When I mentioned the possibility of using tap water as a first rinse, after
ammoniacal etch, it is implied that these rinsings will not go into the
etcher(!), but the rinse will be re-plumbed to go to the waste
treatment....for a test, it might be feasible to do this by putting tap water
into the rinses for a few panels, but I would not run more than 10 panels,
before dumping the tap water, and putting replenisher back in.
