JOB TITLE:  Design Development Manager  

RESPONSIBILITIES:  You will manage the Model Shop, Printed Circuit Board Design 
Development, and PCB CAD Development in support of Engineering's new product 
introduction.  You will also be responsible for leading TTC suppliers' 
participation in the design process.  

REQUIREMENTS:  You should have a BS in Engineering or Computer Science or 
related experience.  At least three years of management experience in an 
engineering development environment is preferred.  This experience should 
reflect strong project management experience and the ability to manage multiple 
disciplines.  In addition, your experience should include at least one of the 
areas of functional supervision responsibility. You should also understand the 
new product requirements of manufacturing and purchasing along with the 
engineering design cycle.
