     Address,

     I'm familiar with several surface finishes, but not Omikron (spelling
     may be off).  Can someone shed some light on this surface finish.
     I've run some testing for a customer and I am finding poor results.
     The surface is very dull to begin with.  It almost looks like
     Electroless SnNi or worse case Electroless SnPb.  Any how, insight
     anyone.
