We have a couple of boards that came out of the wave solder machine with the
solder joints looking like dross, i.e. gold, purple, etc.  The solder joints
look good and this discoloration is only on the bottom of the CCA.  CCA's
flowed prior to and after these looked ok.

My question is, does this present a real problem or is it a process
indicator?  This is for a high reliability DOD program.
